President Donald J. Trump warned that any retaliation targeting American forces would trigger an overwhelming US military response.

His remarks followed threats broadcast by state media aligned with the Islamic regime in Tehran.

Trump said the United States stands ready to defend its personnel and facilities across the Middle East.

He emphasized that any attack on American bases would be met with force "never seen before."

The statement marked one of his clearest warnings amid rising tensions between Washington and Tehran, underscoring longstanding friction over regional security and military activity.

Escalating threats and sharp rhetoric

State media outlets affiliated with the Islamic Republic announced plans for what they described as a "devastating offensive operation."

The announcement referenced potential strikes against US military installations in and around the region.

Trump responded directly to those threats, framing them as reckless and destabilizing actions. He warned that any escalation would bring consequences far exceeding prior confrontations.

American forces maintain bases across several Middle Eastern countries, serving as deterrence and security partners while periodically facing threats from groups aligned with Tehran's interests.

Trump warned that any retaliation would be unprecedented in scale and intensity, aiming to deter immediate action by signaling unmistakable resolve.

The rhetoric reflects broader tensions tied to missile development, proxy activity and maritime security disputes.

Previous confrontations have included drone incidents and rocket attacks near US facilities in the region.

Call for restraint amid rising tensions

Trump urged the Islamic regime to reconsider any plans that would provoke direct conflict. He warned that further escalation would bring destruction and suffering.

He characterized his statement as a measure to prevent wider instability across the region.

According to Trump, decisive deterrence remains the most effective way to avoid war by demonstrating clear resolve and discouraging escalation.

The US says it does not seek open conflict with Tehran but insists it will defend American lives and assets without hesitation.

Analysts note that sharp exchanges of threats can heighten risks of miscalculation. Even limited strikes could trigger broader retaliation cycles between Washington and Tehran.

Trump's warning serves as a clear signal that further aggression would meet overwhelming force.

His remarks aim to reinforce prevention while pressing the Islamic Republic to step back from confrontation.

What do "respectable nations" have to say about the 900 airstrikes launched against Iran by the United States and Israel?

Beautiful

Through their war with Iran, the United States and Israel aim to drag the Gulf states into the conflict—entangling them in a position where they are compelled to respond to Iranian fire. The two nations are, in this regard, two sides of the same coin. Once that response is triggered, the United States and Israel will withdraw and cease their strikes. At that juncture, the Gulf states will find themselves in a direct military confrontation with Iran—a conflict that will not be extinguished until it escalates into a global war and completely depletes the resources of the Gulf states.

Mah Allah protect you!

All the costs of this unjust war are not from the money of his father who fled from Hitler as a refugee, but from the money stolen from the Gulf peoples and the rights of those peoples. Such money was stolen through blackmail by this deviant criminal and the subservience of his cowardly lackeys.

This article is very good for people who want to know what is happening in the Arab and Western worlds right now.

May Allah protect all Arab countries!

America is moving forward with striking Iran whatever happens. I hope that Iran will read the situation carefully, protect itself, and abstain from harming the interests of its neighbours. It should focus on the enemy. The game is in the hands of America and Israel—if they truly want real peace. The greedy will remain greedy even if they take the entire Arab and Islamic region; their nature is provocation and usurpation. They have neither peace nor willingness to listen to words. An eye for an eye—the one who starts the aggression is the most unjust. Force must be met with force, and reason with reason. The smart will understand.

Wonderful!

I didn't like this article. However, I sent this message to warn you of the power of Muslims.

What does America want? Does it want to attack and not see the people defend their rights? Allah is our refuge and protector! Egypt is definitely being targeted. May Allah protect us.

May Allah protect Jordan, its people, the Hashemite family, and all Arab countries from all evil!

Yes, yes, by Allah, the war will stop, and Gaza will be reconciled, reconstructed, and fed.
